We are often asked why we do not post sample menus.  We've had great success tailoring a menu to the individual's taste as well as the event's theme and budget.  We pride ourselves in using fresh (often seasonal) products; when the request is beyond our culinary expertise we solicit local chefs and caterers who prepare an exceptional product.
