Proprietor's Philosophy

The managing partner, Pamela E. Johnson was formally educated in restaurant management and chef training at The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  After graduating, she used her human resource/employment experience to start a temporary service in the industry.  It was important to continuously learn various food service positions before starting Notable Enterprises.

Her partner, Beulah Johnson's areas of expertise are marketing and advertising.  She is an excellent artist who designs invitations and brochures for Notable, and illustrated their cookbook, shown
below.  "BJ" adds much to the mix with her large cookbook collection and knowledge of gourmet cooking. 

Their respective mother and grandmother would often say..."Ladies if you cannot sustain a business based on referrals, you are in the wrong business".  Today, they maintain that philosophy..."our business is strong due to the satisfied customer who spreads the word".  This computer generation and internet frenzy pushed them into establishing a site, for ease of service and the client's convenience.

They continue to assist clients with social obligations while helping them fulfill their corporate duties... Absolut Spirits Co., Chicago Public Schools, Fraternities, Inland Steel, Lafayette 148,  McDonald's Corp., Nicole Gallery, Rotary Clubs, Spiegel, Inc., Sororities, The Green Magazine, The Woodshop Gallery, Time Warner, Inc., various banks, churches, law firms, pharmaceutical reps and brides...while maintaining their matriarch's standards of excellence.
